Tobie started his career in kitchens working between Australia, Italy, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. In the early 2000’s he started making appearances on TV that lead to a media career. Tobie has written five cookbooks and appeared on countless tv shows. Over the years Tobie has helped others in what he has practiced including creative direction on television, books and helping Restaurants with a fresh set of eyes.
